My latest novel #EndGame is set at the London 2012 Olympics. During my research I uncovered some fascinating facts about what really happened at the Games. Some of them feature in my latest book. But can my readers untangle the fact from the fiction? https://smarturl.it/EndGame-hb
In the lead up to the final book in the #WilliamWarwick series, #EndGame, I’m taking a fond look back on the previous books. This month I am rereading #OverMyDeadBody. How many of you have read it? I would love to know what your favourite moment from the book is?
A couple of weeks ago, I asked you all to share the moments you loved most in the William Warwick series, and one of the most popular responses centered on William and Beth’s relationship.
Many of you highlighted how deeply their bond resonates, and one reader even singled out a scene that has stayed with them: the moment William asks Beth if she’d like another baby. Of course, what he truly meant was welcoming JoJo into their home, a decision that reshaped their family in the most unexpected way.
Family has always shaped these characters, and these relationships will become even more central in my upcoming novel, Adam & Eve.
Armistice Day 1918. Two children are born on the same day, hours – but worlds – apart. One the son of a shepherd, the other the daughter of an Earl. Adam and Eve. Their births mark the end of one war. Their love will change the outcome of another. Divided by class. United by love. Adam & Eve is available to pre-order now.
I’ve enjoyed revisiting An Eye of an Eye, and I’m delighted to share a selection of my original handwritten pages from the very first draft. Can you tell if much has changed to the final book?
As I revisit the William Warwick series, I want to share the experience with you. I would be interested to know which moment you remember most from across the series and why you love it so much. I’ll share a video of me reading an extract in the coming weeks of the moment you all return to most often.
Thank you for all your support with the announcement of my last novel, Adam & Eve. Over the next few months, I am looking forward to reflecting on my 50 years of publishing and opening the archives, so to speak, to share a behind the scenes look at my storytelling journey and what it has meant to me.
