In Book 2 you will see Harry Clifton, now 19 years old, in jail, in New York for a murder he didn’t commit. You will see Giles, his closest friend, at Oxford beginning an undergraduate career when war is declared and he’s determined not to go to war.

And you’ll see the father who’s running the company, the great Barrington shipping line, into the ground, losing all their money. And you’ll see Emma, the girl who’s won a scholarship to Oxford and discovers she’s pregnant by a man she isn’t married to. And she thinks he is dead.

Book 2. But there are one or two twists to come after that.
